Dancing our way to Younger Looking skin with L'Oréal Paris

This March, L’Oréal Paris hosted a super swanky, cool event for a small group of beauty influencers in Miami and we were invited to produce it all. It was a FUN one! The hero product for this event was their “CHA CHA” skin layering duo which is a “brighten & smooth” vitamin C serum that you then layer on with a “hydrate & replump” Hyaluronic Acid. The goal of the event was to bring influencers to Miami along with a Dermatologist and some of the scientists from L’Oréal Paris to educate them on how to layer together morning and night for brighter, plumper & more hydrated skin. Once the influencers had the knowledge on the product, they would learn a dance and they would dance their way to younger looking skin with L’Oréal Paris products as promotional posts on their social accounts. How fun is that?!

To kick it all off, we sourced a few Miami + travel related items to send to each of the influencers to get them ready and excited for their trip. When they arrived in Miami, they checked into the Miami Edition Hotel where we had pre-set their hotel rooms with items that would make for a successful few days by the beach. We sourced monogrammed jammies from my favorite jammies brand Eberjey, work out wear for their dance lesson, a beach bag, a custom denim jacket that was hand painted and studded up, a weighted sleep mask, slippers and so much more. We styled L’Oréal Paris products in the bathroom, set up a ring light for filming and included a “how to” instruction sheet framed for them to easily apply the products to their skin.

For the first event, we planned a dinner at Kiki on the River. What a fantastic spot! We secured a private area in their “library room” which was a beautiful space that looked onto and opened up to a patio on the river. Perfect for photos! However we didn’t just plan a dinner…we planned a boat ride TO dinner! With a bucket full of Gorgie Energy drinks, a signature cocktail inspired by the CHA CHA ingredients and products, branded pillows and stunning florals, the guests were escorted over to their dinner in style.

For the dinner party, we created and styled a gorgeous tablescape. We worked with a rental company called Pialisa and brought in linens, plates and utensils that fit the vibe. We sourced purple coupes and Maggie custom designed the menus for each setting. For the place cards, we found agate stones that we had each guests name written onto as a special detail and keepsake for them to hold onto. Natalie and Maggie sourced and arranged florals that were absolutely show stopping and styled them throughout the table with bubble candlestick holders and the hero product at arms length for the guests to touch and sample if they wished. The dinner party was awesome. Everyone had a blast, loved the decor, food and the drinks were creative and incredible!

The next day, the group went to Mimi Yoga Studio for a work out and dance lesson! The Rev NY team went ahead of time to pre-set the space with scrunchies for the girls to use, head bands, branded face towels, water bottles and an assortment of fresh squeezed juice from 305 Squeezed. They repurposed the florals from the dinner party so they didn’t go to waste and instantly brightened up the front space to create a welcoming and well branded entry.

Once the events were all done with, the influencers got to work on their promotion of the L’Oréal Paris skincare products and we so enjoyed watching every single post! The dancing, the enthusiasm, it was so fabulous! Overall, a super success!
