The Holiday Card Rush

Almost every year I feel like I’m so bogged down with work, kids, family and life that before I know it the holidays are here and I’ve done NOTHING to prepare.

This year however, was different. I took family photos back in November in preparation or my holiday cards and I made my gifting check list weeks ago.

Now I didn’t use those family photos, I used a shot of the kids from my 40th birthday party instead BUT none the less, I was well prepared.

Year after year I used Minted to order my holiday cards. They have the coolest designs to choose from and they make ordering holiday cards so easy. What I love the most about Minted is how fast the cards ship. They actually end up sitting on my dining room table for days before I get around to actually stuffing and mailing them all out. Also great for the years when I am running behind with my holiday preparation because there is no stress with timing.

Now…I just need to write them and get them out the door. That’s what I did today with a big ol’ glass of Rosé and my assistant Luke who was in charge of writing the cards for his friends (which Gavin will do too).
